Standard Reservation:
Minimum: 2 nights on weekends
Holidays: 3 nights at weekend rates
Deposit: 1 night room and tax
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 day cancellation required for standard reservations - 30 day for holiday reservations.
- More than 14 days is refundable - less the appropriate cancellation fee.
- Cancelled Reservations: Standard - $30 fee
Holiday - $60 fee
- We cannot accept cancellations due to weather conditions.
- When a stay is commenced and guests wish to shorten their visit, they will be responsible for the total cost of the stay they reserved.
- Group Cancel Policy: 4 reservations or more: 60 day cancellation policy; $60 cancellation fee.

Deposits & Noise Complaints:
- At the time a reservation is made, the deposit which is equal to one night lodging + tax is charged on credit card.
- The balance is then due at check in.
- The credit card on file will also be used for any damages and/or noise complaints.
