Standard Reservation:

  • Minimum: 2 nights on weekends
  • Holidays: 3 nights at weekend rates
  • Deposit: 1 night room and tax

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 day cancellation required for standard reservations – 30 day for holiday and race day reservations.
  • More than 14 days is refundable – less the appropriate cancellation fee.
  • Cancelled Reservations: Standard – $30 fee Holiday and Race Days – $60 fee

We cannot accept cancellations due to weather conditions.

When a stay is commenced and guests wish to shorten their visit, they will be responsible for the total cost of the stay they reserved.

Group Cancel Policy: 4 reservations or more: 30 day cancellation policy; $60 cancellation fee.

In cancellation period – guest is responsible for reservation.

Villas is non smoking resort.

Pet Policy:

We have certain Villas that are designated as pet friendly, pet reservations must be made in advance. There is a one-time pet fee of $50, you will be asked to sign a pet parent agreement at check-in.

Deposits:

  • At the time a reservation is made, the deposit which is equal to one night lodging + tax is charged on credit card.
  • The balance is then due at check in.
  • The credit card on file will also be used for any damages and/or noise complaints.
  • Taxes and fees and rates are subject to change without notice.
